We have lived locally for years and stayed here with our two dogs during home renovations. This is a well-maintained house a couple of blocks from a lovely, clean beach favored by surfers. It’s the perfect place to stay if you’re seeking a glimpse of the Green Flash at sunset! The sunset sky is beautiful even without making the short walk down the block to watch the horizon. Also an easy walk to the wonderful businesses on both Cass and Turquoise. Attractive fencing around the front yard and the spacious backyard gives the property a private and relaxed feel. Each of the three bedrooms has direct access to a fenced area. The house was clean throughout and the kitchen had plenty of equipment in immaculate condition. Marisa was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

This is a great spot! We really enjoyed our stay. The pickleball, hot tub, rooftop dining area, and basketball hoop were such amazing amenities to have, and it felt like everything we wanted to do was just a 15 minute drive away! It had everything we needed, including pool towels and kitchen basics. Two small logistical things to note if you’re planning a trip. First, the fourth bedroom has a separate outdoor entrance and is not attached directly to the rest of the house (though it’s just about 10 ft away from a patio entrance). There’s not a bathroom attached to this room, so using the bathroom requires crossing the private patio and going into the main house. Second, one of the two bathrooms is attached to the master bedroom and requires entering that bedroom in order to use. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us, but did require a little bit of extra communication / planning when our group of 8 was getting ready for the day, etc. Just information to help you plan!

Wonderful bungalow with great private outdoor space with a bbq, outdoor fire pit, and putting green! Privacy allows you to keep patio doors and front door open for indoor/outdoor living. Perfect location - walk to PB beach or Mission Bay and short walk to restaurants/bars on Garnet. Will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

The Airbnb itself is beautiful - impeccably clean, open spacious rooms and a stunning rooftop. Well stocked kitchen and toiletries. Fun garage with many games to entertain kids and adult of all ages. Excellent location, walkable to many great restaurants as well as the beach. What made the stay even more phenomenal was Diego’s hosting. we had an unusual issue with prior guests trying to overstay when we checked in, and Diego was immediately available, arriving himself in person within minutes and resolving the situation promptly. He went above and beyond with making up for something completely out of his control. I would give this stay a 6/5 stars if I could. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone staying in SD

Really nice place. We came here for a convention and it was the perfect place for our team to rest. It's close to a lot of decent restaurants and not too far from the convention center. The house was very clean and has quite the amenities. I'd like to come back with my family and enjoy the hot tub and the pickleball court in the backyard.

Diego was very attentive and responsive. The place was great! Felt very confortable. Fully equipped with all amenities, clean and beautifully decorated. Felt right at home. It was nice that they had games for the kids too! There is a garage space. Just a little tight for parking with larger cars. Thank you Diego!
